Community Soap: Pretty in Pink Soap
Every month we donate a portion of the sales of one of our bestselling soaps to a community organization. This month we will be donating 50% of the sales of our Pretty in Pink soap to the Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.
The funds will support their Free to Grow Program. The program aims to nurture the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill opportunities such as sports, arts, camps, driver's education training and leadership development. In 2020 and 2021, we delivered recreation kits to kids at home while activities were limited through our Free to Grow at Home initiative.
Our Pretty in Pink soap is a soft, floral scent scent. It's an unassuming shade of pink, topped with lavender from a local lavender farm - Tullamore Lavender.
If you don't know, Pretty in Pink is a rom-com that was made in the 80's starring Molly Ringwald and is considered a cult classic. The story is a typical teen drama/romance - but the real star for me is creates her own hybrid pink prom dress. Which is a truly glorious feat and a real labour of love for oneself. You should watch it sometime.
So I present to you this sweet yet humble pink soap, also a labour of my own two hands.
Ingredients: saponfied oils of organic coconut oil, olive oil and grapeseed oil, lavender and geranium essential oils, mica.
