

Inspiration
I do a lot of sports and activities. I often use salts and a bath bomb when my muscles are particularly sore. I've been doing some research about magnesium and its benefits to recovery, the research is primarily around ingesting magnesium since your skin doesn't absorb much topically. However, I have found that a combination of magnesium, dead sea salts and a stimulating essential oil blend help me to feel better after activity and I think that it will help you feel better too.

How to Use
Draw a bath to a comfortable temperature. Get in. Add about 1/2 cup of bath salts to your bath and relax.
